‘Grow Your Life’ is an on-line outreach ministry particularly suited for the information age and our times of COVID confinement. Many among us are lonely, isolated and searching for something solid to grasp hold of when so much of what seemed so certain in life just months ago has crumbled or is crumbling beneath our feet. These on-line courses allow people, at their own-pace and guided by a trained coach, to discover why Jesus is so important and how one can have a relationship with him.

The program, which was initially developed in Poland, where it has been having great success, is now being introduced in English. However, there is a need to develop a base of English-speaking coaches before widespread promotion of the tool in English. The training to become an electronic coach, or ‘e-coach’ involves taking five on-line courses, self-paced, to familiarize you with the outreach tool, learn how to effectively engage people through question-based coaching, learn how to effectively communicate on-line, and practice what you’ve learned – all with an e-coach to help along the way. What Jesus said nearly two thousand years ago is as true today as it was then, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.”
