The 11:00 Sunday worship service provides an opportunity for the diversity of cultures at IBC to unite in praising and worshipping God. A music team of musicians and singers leads the congregation in singing contemporary choruses and traditional hymns, with some of the following goals in mind:

• Glorifying God through song as commanded in scripture
• Proclaiming the gospel though the lyrics we sing
• Encountering the greatness of God in the person and work of Jesus Christ, as manifested through the Holy Spirit
• Experiencing His presence as we draw near to Him, and thus being strengthened for Christian service and prepared to hear God’s word.

The worship team meets for practice and spiritual preparation during the week or before the service.
