24-hour prayer
The 24H Prayer Chain is part of a larger global movement of prayer. The aim is to involve the church in personal and community prayer, experiencing the power and the blessings of the Holy Spirit: “you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ” (1 Peter 2:5).
How does it work?
It’s very easy: you simply register for one slot of one hour (or more) and commit yourself to the Lord to pray during this time. This can be at home or wherever you are, alone, in your family, with a partner or friends.
How to register?

- At IBC, downstairs in the Fellowship Hall after the service.
How to pray for one hour?
You can divide your hour into different time frames:
- Time for reading a special, inspiring verse or Scripture passage
- Time for listening to the Lord and meditating on the verse or passage
- Time for confession
- Time for praise
- Time for personal petition for your needs
- Time for intercession for others
- Time for a song to the glory of God.

I encourage everyone in IBC to participate in this ministry of prayer, which undergirds all we do and extends our ministry into all the world.
Please pray for my two sons. Nathan 18 I just find out is drinking, smoking and dealing pot. We found thousands of dollars in his room he made from dealing. My older son Dustin is 21 And we fear he is an alcoholic and we know he also smokes pot. We need God’s leading on how to deal with the situation. Our biggest concern is their salvation. We are searching out drug treatment options. We want to make the choices with Gods leading. We need to be proactive. These boys have been raised in the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and have choosen the wrong way. We are in pain over our sons choices.

“Praise the Lord”
I am Moncy Mathews writing this mail from UAE. I am born and bought up in a spiritual family, But I am not faithful to God and Men.
Request your valuable prayers for below subject.
1) I wish to improve mine and my families spiritual and material Character and Life.
2) Our little Son Haarry (7- Year Old) is Suffering from Piles (ARSHAS) Disease, We humbly request you to please pray for his complete healing!
3) My wife and children are staying alone in Trivandrum, Last week my spouse Annmma’s leg got fractured, she is unable to any work in the house/ Kitchen nor she is able look after our two little son’s Aaron and Haarry. She is also teaching in a Pharmacy college and not attending her Duty. Past one week children are not attending their school. I humbly request you to pray for her quick healing.
4) 15th April 2012 I have joined one of the Indian Software company, My responsibility is to establish their business across Africa continent. Company asked me to stay in Dubai to plan and Manage my work. From the 1St day of joining onwards devil is not allowing me to perform my work, though I have good business connections in Africa I couldn’t perform well, and Devil blocked my learning power and I was unable to understand / learn the new subject matters ( Banking Software testing services ) . So far I was unable to justify them the investment towards my work. September 2012 onwards company reduced my official business budget and 50% of my salary.
On 2ND Jan 2013 I have submitted my resignation, with 3months legal notice period, 31st March is my last working day. Even now myself and my team is working for many projects, None of them are officially signed/ agreed nor finalized. My humble prayer request is before leaving the organization God should help me to win couple of projects. So that I may not be a burden to this world. If God willing I want work with them for few more months and would like to leave the office in a very good notice – I humbly request you to pray for this subject. I trust in God and I hope definitely he will give the victory from all such trails.
5) I wish to do some good work in God’s Africa Ministry – especially in east Africa (I am a constant visitor to east Africa But I couldn’t do anything for God and Glorious Ministry).
I make mention God’s glorious ministry and all the true saints and believers and unbelievers in my prayers.

Dear Lord Jesus,
I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose from the grave to give me life. I know You are the only way to heaven. So now I want to quit disobeying You and start living for You. Please forgive me, change my life and show me how to know You. You know my all spiritual and material needs. Kindly help me. I humbly ask In Jesus’ name.

We are having IVF implantation next Tuesday. We pray for your mercy on us. Its been a long treatment since two years ago. Father we know you are the one who can make it happen. Please kindly show us shine in life.
