We are pleased to announce the details of the Alpha Course which begins on Monday 24 September at IBC. An Alpha Course is an opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about the Christian faith, and what it means to be a Christian, to do so in a relaxed, friendly and warm environment. In its first seven sessions the course will deal with the following subjects:

• Is there more to life than this?
• Who is Jesus?
• Why did Jesus die?
• How can we have faith?
• Why and how do I pray?
• Why and how should I read the Bible?
• How does God guide us?

The details of the course are as follows:

• Beginning: Monday 24 September from 19:30 to 21:30.
• Venue: IBC premises, Lange Eikstraat 76-78, 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem.
• Frequency: Every Monday evening from 19:30 to 21:30, for a series of weeks.
• Content: Light dinner, watching a DVD talk, group discussion.
• Cost: Participants can make a voluntary contribution towards the cost of food on the evening itself.
