‘TWENTY BASICS EVERY CHRISTIAN SHOULD KNOW’
Venue: Meeting room on the Ground floor of Administration apartment
Goal: Offer a clear and concise introduction to importan Christian beliefs, with practical application to Christian living. The class is based on the book “Christian Beliefs” by Wayne Grudem and the topics include, for example, “What is the Bible?“, “What is God like?“, “What is sin?“, “Who is Christ?“, “What does it mean to be a Christian?” and other basics for us to know, understand and live by.
‘CHRISTIANS IN THE WORKPLACE’
Venue: Media room in the main building
Goal: Offer a comprehensive understanding of work so we avoid the pitfalls of either defining ourselves by our work or by our freedom from work. We will cover topics such as: ‘A Biblical Theology of Work’, ‘A New Boss: How Jesus’ Work Changes Our Work’, ‘Relationships: Imaging Christ in the Workplace’, ‘Balance: Christians Are Not Balanced People’, ‘Ethics: Case Studies for the Modern Workplace’ and other related topics.
